Record the conversation · Keep the intelligence · Grow the relationship

For consultants

Walk into every client meeting already knowing where things stand.

Twelve clients, twelve contexts, and about four minutes before each call to reload one of them. Routenna keeps a per-client picture that is current because it was built from the meetings themselves.

What goes wrong now

Three failures, in order of cost

  1. Context switching costs you the first ten minutes

You reconstruct the last conversation from a calendar invite and a half-finished note, in front of the client, and it shows.

  2. History has to be recreated before every call

What did we agree? What were they worried about? Which of my recommendations did they actually act on? The answers exist, scattered across recordings nobody will ever listen to twice.

  3. Renewal arrives and the value is hard to evidence

You know the engagement worked. Proving it means assembling a narrative from memory at exactly the moment a clean record would be worth the most.

Themes, meeting modes and brief templates change with the pack. Capture, review, isolation, consent and deletion do not.

The default pack: universal business themes: owner dependency, growth constraints, margin pressure, hiring, succession.

A standing brief per client
Open commitments, unresolved concerns, decisions made and themes recurring: assembled from the meetings you already ran, ready before you dial.
Ask that client’s own corpus a question
Questions are answered only from that client’s meetings, scoped in the database rather than by a prompt asking nicely. Answers carry timestamps and a fact / inference / recommendation label.
A second opinion before you write the recommendation
Three advisors read each meeting from their own point of view and say what they would look at next, each pointing at the moment that prompted it. One with nothing useful to add says nothing, so what is left is worth the minute it takes to read.
A record you can hand over
When a colleague covers the account, or the engagement renews, the context is an artifact with evidence under it, not a folder of recordings and your recollection.

Nothing above writes itself into a client record. Every finding is a proposal until one of your people accepts it. how review works.

What a finding looks like

No receipt, no render.

Every finding carries the transcript moment it came from, a confidence score, and an honest label: fact, inference or recommendation. Below the confidence threshold it is filed as merely possible, never asserted. A claim that cannot show where it was said does not appear.

Getting started

Run it on the meetings you already have.

We work with a small number of practices at a time, for independent consultants and fractional executives. Terms are agreed in writing before anything records, and the plans and their prices are on the site rather than behind a call.
