For business owners
Every decision made in a meeting actually gets done.
You decided it on Tuesday. By the following Thursday nobody agrees on what was decided, who owns it, or whether it happened. Routenna keeps the decision, the owner and the date, with the moment it was said attached to each.
What goes wrong now
Three failures, in order of cost
Decisions evaporate inside a week
The meeting ends with alignment and no artifact. Ten days later the same question comes back and the room re-argues it from memory, which is to say from whoever remembers hardest.
Commitments get made and quietly dropped
Someone says they will handle it. Nobody writes down who, or by when, because writing it down is the job of whoever is least busy, and nobody is least busy.
The same problem gets discussed three times
A constraint surfaces in three consecutive meetings without ever being named as recurring, so it keeps getting treated as new information instead of as the thing to fix.

Operations
- Team Meeting
- 1:1
- Vendor or Supplier
- Customer Call
- Planning Session
Themes, meeting modes and brief templates change with the pack. Capture, review, isolation, consent and deletion do not.
The one internal-facing pack: it listens to your own team’s meetings rather than client-facing ones.
- The decision log writes itself, then waits for you
- Every decision is proposed with its wording, its owner where one was named, and the timestamp that proves it. You accept, edit or dismiss, nothing enters the record on the software’s say-so.
- Open commitments, in one list, by owner
- Accepted commitments accumulate into a running list per person and per topic, so the standing question “what is outstanding” has an answer that does not require a meeting to produce.
- Recurrence is flagged, not endured
- When a theme is raised in consecutive meetings, that repetition is surfaced as its own finding. A problem that keeps coming back stops looking like news.
- Ask three advisors, and they disagree
- When a meeting is worth a second opinion, ask for an HR read, a risk read or a business read of it — each citing the moment it is reacting to. A staffing decision that looks sound operationally is often the one with a timekeeping or classification question underneath it, and those are not the same instinct. Most meetings need none of them, so none of them run until you ask.
Nothing above writes itself into a client record. Every finding is a proposal until one of your people accepts it. how review works.
What a finding looks like
No receipt, no render.
Every finding carries the transcript moment it came from, a confidence score, and an honest label: fact, inference or recommendation. Below the confidence threshold it is filed as merely possible, never asserted. A claim that cannot show where it was said does not appear.

Getting started
Run it on the meetings you already have.
We work with a small number of practices at a time, for owners and operators running the business. Terms are agreed in writing before anything records, and the plans and their prices are on the site rather than behind a call.
