About

Client knowledge lives in meetings. Then it leaves with whoever was in the room.

Why this exists

The most valuable thing a practice owns is what its clients have told it. It is also the thing it stores worst.

A client says something that matters. They commit to a date. They decide to go a different way. They admit a worry out loud for the first time. That moment is the most valuable thing the conversation produced, and it lands in one person’s memory and their half-finished notes.

Then that person is on leave, or on another account, or gone. The practice starts the relationship over. The client explains themselves a second time and forms a view about you while they do it. The work was done. The record of it was not.

Routenna keeps that record for the practice rather than for one person. What was promised, what was decided, what worried them, and what is still open, each one carrying the moment in the conversation where it came from.

This happens the same way in every business built on recurring client relationships. Eight of them are named here. What changes between them is which practice pack Routenna listens with, not the product underneath.

The rules it works by

Four of them

Consent before capture
The notetaker joins under a name that says notes are being taken. Recording can be switched off for a particular client, and anyone in the meeting can stop it. “Please stop recording” should never have to wait for an administrator.
A receipt under every claim
Every finding shows the moment it came from. Tap it and hear it said.
Your people decide
Routenna suggests. Somebody accepts. The client record holds what a person put their name to, and every acceptance is logged.
Controls you can check
Tenant isolation and verified deletion run as tests on every change to the product, so the security page describes behaviour that is proven rather than intended.

The security page claims only what ships, and was audited line by line against the code on 29 August 2026.

We answer email personally.

Whether you are curious about using it or just want to compare notes on how client work should be run, there is no ticket queue and no chatbot at the other end.
