Record the conversation · Keep the intelligence · Grow the relationship

For coaches

Every session builds on the last, automatically.

Progress is the product, and progress is invisible without a record. Routenna keeps what was committed to, what changed and what keeps coming back: per client, across the whole relationship.

What goes wrong now

Three failures, in order of cost

  1. Tracking progress across many clients

Each relationship has its own arc and its own vocabulary. Holding twenty of them accurately is not a memory problem you can solve by trying harder.

  2. Remembering what was committed to

The commitment made at the end of the last session is the first thing the next session should open with, and the easiest thing to lose.

  3. Showing growth over time

The client feels stuck in week nine because the change since week one is real but undocumented.

Themes, meeting modes and brief templates change with the pack. Capture, review, isolation, consent and deletion do not.

Reads for commitments, goals, obstacles and the themes that recur across a relationship.

Last session’s commitments open this one
Open commitments per client, with the words used to make them, ready before the session starts.
Recurring themes made visible
When the same obstacle is raised across consecutive sessions, that pattern is surfaced as a finding rather than left for either of you to notice.
Something to read before you prepare
Three advisors read each session and offer what they would look at next, each citing the moment behind it. Coaching is the discipline most likely to hear a people problem and a business problem in the same sentence, and they are read as two things rather than blended into one.
A relationship record with receipts
Every claim on the timeline links back to the moment in the session it came from, so a progress conversation is grounded in what was actually said.

Nothing above writes itself into a client record. Every finding is a proposal until one of your people accepts it. how review works.

What a finding looks like

No receipt, no render.

Every finding carries the transcript moment it came from, a confidence score, and an honest label: fact, inference or recommendation. Below the confidence threshold it is filed as merely possible, never asserted. A claim that cannot show where it was said does not appear.

Commitment

Proposed · awaiting review

“Before we talk again I’m going to hand the Friday reporting to Dana and stop doing it myself.”

Getting started

Run it on the meetings you already have.

We work with a small number of practices at a time, for coaches and advisors running recurring sessions. Terms are agreed in writing before anything records, and the plans and their prices are on the site rather than behind a call.
