For accountants
Client conversations turned into the follow-ups your season depends on.
The advisory half of the relationship happens in conversation and lives nowhere. Routenna turns it into the document requests, the follow-ups and the scope notes you would otherwise write twice.
What goes wrong now
Three failures, in order of cost
Advisory conversations are lost between engagements
The genuinely valuable part of the call. The plan, the caution, the thing to revisit in Q3: is the part with no field in the practice-management system.
The same documents get chased repeatedly
It was asked for on the call, again by email, again in a text. Nowhere is there one list of what is outstanding and when it was first requested.
Scope creep is never recorded as it happens
The extra work was agreed to verbally, in passing, in a friendly moment. It becomes visible only in the write-off.
What Routenna does about it

Financial Advisory
- Client Review
- Planning Session
- Onboarding
- Issue Resolution
Themes, meeting modes and brief templates change with the pack. Capture, review, isolation, consent and deletion do not.
Reads for document requests, planning decisions, scope changes and the advisory threads that span engagements.
- Outstanding requests as a real list
- Each document request captured with the date it was first made and the words used to make it, so the follow-up is a reminder rather than an accusation.
- Planning threads that survive the year
- A recommendation made in March is still on the client timeline in October, with what the client said in response attached to it.
- A business read on what the client just told you
- Three advisors read each meeting. The business one notices the things a client mentions in passing that change the work — a hire, an acquisition, a margin problem — and says what is worth asking before the next filing rather than after it.
- Scope changes noticed when they are spoken
- Additional work agreed in conversation is extracted as its own finding for you to accept, before it becomes an unbilled hour.
Nothing above writes itself into a client record. Every finding is a proposal until one of your people accepts it. how review works.
What a finding looks like
No receipt, no render.
Every finding carries the transcript moment it came from, a confidence score, and an honest label: fact, inference or recommendation. Below the confidence threshold it is filed as merely possible, never asserted. A claim that cannot show where it was said does not appear.
Commitment
Proposed · awaiting review
“I’ll get you the fixed-asset schedule and the two missing bank statements by Friday.”
Synthetic example. No client data appears anywhere on this site.
Getting started
Run it on the meetings you already have.
We work with a small number of practices at a time, for accountants, bookkeepers and tax advisors. Terms are agreed in writing before anything records, and the plans and their prices are on the site rather than behind a call.
